You probably won't find one, especially with the bankrupcy on your record. If you find out millions will want to know. But if you really want to know you can try sba.gov and see what they say. Good Luck!
P.S. PLEASE be careful with those frauds listed below they will take your money and you will be looking at another bankrupt procedure. So please from a personal experience some of those guys listed below just spell "money pit" so invest wisely! |

I would advise that you avoid getting into as little debt as possible when starting a business because you will start out negative and it will be hard to dig yourself out. Try and cover the costs as much as you can on your own, be creative look at all of your sources of income.
When my former business partner and I started our own insurance agency we had about $5,000 cash and $20,000 in credit available between the two of us. But yet we were able to manage and grow our agency into comfortably successful agencies. It wasn't easy but we did it and we did it without incurring huge debt from the get go. We also started seeing a profit quite early on.
