My friend had to go to the emergency room, and she's already struggling, and I'm trying as best as I can to help her with her new medical bills. (being 20 with no insurance is hell!)
I'm not hip on anything illegal, and internet things take a lot of time and rarely work.
I've already donated plasma and pawned what I could. I'm willing to work my butt off! I've been out of state working for around 6 months, so when I came home, I didn't really know anyone. It's hard enough to find a lot of babysitting/dog walking/cleaning jobs when you know everyone in the area.
Any advice would be much appreciated. |

if you want a part-time job somewhere to get like 6 bucks an hour or so, you can go to snagajob.com and register. They tell you about all the avalible jobs in your area. You could also have a bake sale or make something like jewelry and sell it. Babysitting works too. You can put signs up that your looking for a job of some sort. You could wash cars, clean houses, water plants, anything is possible. Good luck!! and I hope your friend gets better ASAP. I'm so sorry.

Sales, sales, sales. Most companies will pay someone to sell their product. What state do you live in, are there any telemarketing jobs in the paper? What kind of illness does your friend have? Have you considered asking for contributions or donations to help with the medical bills? All of this is easier said than done, just hang in there. And pray. A lot. Good luck. |

What skills do you have? A temp agency may help. Posting in classified ads may help too (free ones online, I know you don't want to SPEND money). Are you female? I know they pay tons of money for eggs, but don't know how you feel about it morally/religiously.. it may take a while to actually get the money too. I dunno, its really nice what you are doing. I would say your best bet it to find something "specialized" based on whatever skills you have. |
