The first thing you must do is to look at your monthly income, and work out how to spend less than that each month from now on. This will involve giving up some things you enjoy doing.
You must talk to the people who you owe money to as quickly as you can. Explain your situation and try to negotiate some way of freezing the debt and paying off only the interest until you get into a more stable situation, when you can start to pay off the money you've borrowed.
Thirdly, look at your possessions and see if you can sell any of them. It will be difficult, but if you must raise the money quickly, then this is what you're going to have to do.

Credit rating ill take years, no point worrying about it now.

The whole point of going on a debt management plan is to divvy up who and what you owe to your creditors. Maybe you can consider taking on a 2nd job in the evenings/weekends to supplement your current income. You need to learn to live within your means,and cut back.
From time to time we all get into debt but you need to realise that it will eventually clear once you come up with a sustainable plan of action.Maybe you need to contact the CCCS who are a FREE debt advice charity who can help you out.Theres no point in getting impatient, and it also doesn't make sense in taking out a £5000 loan which will just plunge you into further debt. |

Well if debt management isn't really your thing you should have thought about that before getting into debt?
Whatever you do don't borrow more money to pay off a debt, that is the silliest thing anyone can do. You'll never get out of it. If you're really desperate sell some of your posessions, or get a second job. |
