If you have a job, find out if you can work more hours or if you can change jobs to one that you enjoy more and pays better. If you don't have a college degree (or graduate school degree), look into getting one and see if you can get a loan or qualify for lower tuition.
If you don't have a job, figure out where you want to work and start out realistically. You may have to work for a fast-food restaurant temporarily while searching for a better job, for example.
Meanwhile, eliminate un-needed spending and find ways to live less expensively. Unless your family or friends give you money as a gift, most of the time you will have to earn it by either a paycheck or through saving your money by spending less. |

Get another job, sell your stuff on ebay, have a garage sale. If your bills are too much, make a budget, cut back on unnecessary expenses and be responsible for yourself. |
