why don't you contact your mortgage company. A lot of lenders have you pay a minimal amount of insurance on your loan for things like this.
If you have a life insurance policy, try to see if they will pay out on the interest to date.
Call your local state representative or mayor's office to see if "housing department" can assist.
There are many ways to keep your home and work out your debt if you first and foremost, swallow your pride and call your debtors to make deals with them. They can put the late fees and interest towards the end of the loan. You can pay $5.00 to $25.00 month, it shows intent to pay. They can't take away your house if your "try" to work it out with them. Be honest.
Or sell a couple of things, have a tag sale, sell some things on consignment.

You'd best contact your mortgage holder. If you are "fine" now, you can work your way out of this dilemma without another loan - which will only make the hole you're in deeper. |

Well I'm sorry, but if I had 5000 to lend, I must be doing pretty well myself and that is not happening. I tell you the truth, If I had it believe me, your problem would of been solved. I'm sorry, I wish I had just a little bit, well enough to buy a simple 3 bed room house, this has always been my dream, but I have giving up on that dream because I guess it's just not for me, and so ok. My God, I see this wealthy people spending money on stupid things. Can they at least help some family in need every now and then? I have been through so much in life and I know that I sure would help lots of people in real needs if I only had the money. I know how it feels, but no one gives u a break in this life time. Again if I had what you need, it would be yours in a heart beat and you won't even or ever had to pay me back. Of course I would check and see that ur saying the truth.

Have you spoken to your mortgage company? If not, then do. Most likely they'll try to work with you. Sometimes what they can do is add the payments you've missed onto the end of the loan. It ends up costing more in the long run, but it gets you out of trouble now. |

A lot of mortgage companies will work with you if you call and tell them what is going on and offer them something to work with. They make more money by you keeping your house than foreclosing on it. |

Sorry you have been ill and have these problems I am in a similar state myself (since 6 weeks hosp earlier on this year. Unlike you I am unable to get employed (on oxygen 24/7 and virtually housebound)but if you are back at work there are places that can help browse the net and I am sure you will find one. If you are a tenant type tenant loans in the browser. Be careful of using this type of media to ask for loans OK? as it isn't very safe.
