I don t understand the question --- Do you have bad credit or your daughter? If so you might want to Pull her credit and find out what bad credit marks you or her can settle with ( ie calling the places you owe the bad debt and asking if they would take less then what is owed). This could save you or her hundreds or thousands of dollars.
