Take it to a pawn shop or a local jeweler. You're not going to sell it like that on here. |

I don't know if you are aware of it or not, but most pharmaceutical companies have programs designed to help those who are unable to afford their medications. The companies supply their medications at little or no charge to qualified applicants.A site such as www.needymeds.com would be able to supply you with the information you need to get the ball rolling so that you never find yourself in a financial pinch again because of medication. Good luck!! |

I do not mean to sound rude, but there is no such thing as 24k jewelry. The highest k content is 22k because the gold is too soft to make jewelry or coins and has to have another alloy added to make it hard enough to make anything. Perhaps you made a mistake and it is 10k,14k, 18k, or possibly 22k? Check to see what the receipt says it is to make the description accurate. I wish you luck. |

Advertise on Craigslist.org in your area. It's free and you can get it to someone locally. Good luck. A digital photograph will help too.
See if a church can help you instead of selling off your stuff. |

I am sorry that you are in this situation. There must be some help out there for you to get your medications. Ask at your pharmacy or your doctor. Perhaps they can steer you in the right direction. |

It sounds like a beautiful peice of jewery, so try to see if someone will loan the $$ to you. If not try craigslist.com where you can sell it off, an if you got it for 400$$ and nobody's worn it then you should be able to get more off of it, it may pay for your meds. for another month. i hope it works out! :]] |
