you shouldnt be looking on the internet and getting info from people you dont know for this kind of question. try to find a financial help group to help you spend money better and so you dont get into trouble like this again in the future. talk to some of your family or friends and/or get a job so you can pay back your charges. |

No one can lock you up any more for owing money. That used to be a law back in that 19th centry but new laws were passed
to keep people out of jail because of money owed.
What they can due is attach a lean on real estate property you may owe, attach your pay check, attach any overpayment of income tax from the IRS, attach your checking or savings account, or any other investments you may have.
If the checks were written with the intent to fraud, steal, imbessal, and found giulty by Jurry or Judge it would now be up to them whether they send you to jail or some how work out a solution to pay it back. It also depends if you have a criminal record or not, how old you are and what type of job you have and how long you have kept your job, Also it depends on what you were spending this money on. Drugs is the wosre. If it's drugs or alcahol emediatly tell them you would like to be sentence to a rehabe rather than jail no matter how long it takes. Also get a mental aptitued diagnosis to keep you out of jail.

No sorry no one is going to help you here. I mean why would anyone want to loan you money? You have shown that you are not able to pay your bills. Just to let you know writing a bad check for $1,000 is a felony and you're pretty much screwed. |

I'm sure someone will loan a bad check writer (fraud) a bunch of money. I would say maybe ask them to take money out of your checks till it's paid. |
