You wanna be rich? There are hundreds of ways. Here are some examples:
- Investing in the stock market (right now is the right time especially)
- Study people who have made it like Mr. Warren Buffett (He is god to me :) some other are ones like JP Morgan, Leon Levy, Nandu Narayanan, Peter Lynch, etc.)
- Start your own social networking site (like facebook)
- Start another inovative site (ones like this one or youtube, facebook, linkedin, etc.)
- make money trading things on ebay
Now, it all depends on how much money you want to make, how much time your willing to spend, how long you want to make your fortune in, what resources you currently have, what are your interests, etc.
Ask your self these questions. Dedicate your self to this mission and of course you'll be successful.
I will give you my last three words of advice: "Knowledge is Power"
This is the ultimate success mantra according to me as when you have excessive knowledge about something, you have the ability to master it. Money is more or less a byproduct.
P.S. I would go for the stock market method. Start with about $500 if you can and study the market. Before you know it, you'll be making millions each year. Making money in the markets is directly proportional to your amount of knowledge.

Begin by deciding how you want to do it. Do you want to get a degree for a high-paying occupation, such as lawyer? Do you want to start your own business?
Get some books from the library on personal finance, getting rich, investing. Get your finances in order, establish good credit, live within a budget, and start saving and investing once you have some income.
Also, ask your brothers for advice. How did they get started? |

Read endlessly about all the people who've done it before you. Personally, I'd rather find something I love to do, but if you want to make money read about people who've done it, T. Boone Pickens, Ross Perot, Sir Richard Branson. Don't forget to look at the millionaires these men created in there "best men." I bet if you read fifty books like this you'll do it.
But don't forget saving a million dollars can happen with only $25 per month if you start in your twenties. Compound interest is the key. I bet you could find some tables on this. It sounds to me like you already have some roll models close by. |
