You want to do a business loan with less than 4% down? Sorry, not going to happen. You ca show your lender that you have more confidence in your business plan by saving up more and putting more down. Or be a little less ambitious and start with a smaller business. |

doubt it as this is a large sum, make up a business plan and contact the bank ...but check if there are any other nurseries in the area as there may not be enough business for more than one nursery. |

300k is far too much for a venture such as this. You need to rethink your business plan because to earn enough to repay the loan plus your salaries etc, you will need to keep a 100 children every month.
