General Advice: Forget Surveys if you want it to pay well...
Most survey sites are far too time consuming to earn much PLUS NEVER be cajoled in to paying to find out about survey work...
You could take a look at the advice from:

It really depends on if you are just looking to make a bit of extra cash - or build a real business which will require some investment, and time, and may not pay back immediately (I'm doing that now...and still mostly in the investment phase)
OR - You could build an online shop? This would be better to be indenedent of EBay so that it becomes a freestanding asset you could sell later.

But this again takes time for research and writing (or getting articles written or collected together from re-publishable sources) BUT if you do it well it becomes a regular source of income...although this does take time and effort and not an immediate cash providing resources.

Taking surveys is a legitimate way to earn some money but don't expect too much.As far as I can see you would have to put in a lot of hours to make it worthwhile.

I tried several different ways of earning money on line including Cash Crate, Ciao surveys, Lightspeed panel etc. These are ways you can earn money from home but they do not pay much for the amount of time you put in. A few months ago a friend recommended a new venture, it is an idea from the USA but it is now available in the UK too via Money Rainbow. I was very sceptical at first but I decided to give it a try and I have not looked back since! It is not a get rich quick scheme but if you are prepared to work a few hours each day then you can make a decent amount. I have been really pleased with what I have made!
