Personal budgets--making a lifestyle on different incomes (you can highlight how to get by and save money, even if you don't make a lot).

Saving for college, retirement, or a house. People like to read about things that will make their lives easier!

Taking out loans--interest rates, how to not wind up owing money for the rest of our lives. Tell personal stories to get readers more involved.

Properly investing. What are good options? How can we take our money and turn it into more money?

(PS, reading other people's suggestions, I really like the one about college kids and credit cards. It's definitely a dangerous situation, and would make for a great article.)

I'd be interested in learning why some people can manage money and others can't. It doesn't seem to matter how much money they actually have. The "good" managers can get by on very little, and the "bad" managers would end up broke if they started out with millions. What makes the difference?

How about how credit card companies target college students, the students get so far into debt, get out of school and still have no idea how to manage their finances!

How about trying to build your credit without actually having so many options to start your credit? It's like trying to join the Indy 500 and no one even wants to lend you even a go-kart. Go figure.

how about how the government expects single mothers to live right on the poverty line with no state help because they are lucky enough to have a job that pays over 15,000 a year. if you could please tell me how i am supposed to afford rent, car note, insurance day care (do not qualify for state help 1,600 is to much to make) food, gas, electricity in to days economy i would apperciate it.

Why don't you write on investing as a person (not through a company) in the emerging markets (Brazil, Argentina, Turkey, Russia)?

I would like to read it...
