What they will do is sell your truck and house and come after you for the difference which tends to be a very hefty bill. They can and will come after you for their money and the only way to stop this is to file bankruptcy. If you do file, it is best to file against everything you can since this is basically a one shot deal. Meaning, you can't file again in a few years. Call a bankruptcy lawyer and see what they recommend as there are different types of bankruptcy and the laws have recently changed. |

Yes they can. This happened to my son. His truck was repossessed and he was required to continue to pay for the truck and they added all the impound fees to his costs. |

Not for what you owe but they will come after you for any shortages between what you owed and what they recovered from selling your property , cars , etc . Then there is interest on that and collection fees and etc . Try to refinance for a longer term and lower payments . |

if your truck and house covered the amount of your debt fully, then no, you will be paid. However if it doesn't cover it all, then that is the banks desicion as to weather they stamp you good, or whether they say you still owe them.
If that happens, you should possibly check out filing bankruptcy. |

Yes, for the difference between what you owe and what they can sell the assets for. You might not owe anything on the house, but you would on the truck. And no, you can't use it to cancel each other out. |
