Yes, but why quit your job? Do you have another one lined up already? You do know that if you get fired, you are entitled to unemployment? Just a suggestion, but have you ever considered walking into work and just dropping your pants? |

Even if you quit, they still owe any money you earned. Vacation time and other things like that might depend on the company policy. |

As a former payroll processor you should be paid all the hours you worked on the next regular pay day. They may even owe you for time accumulated as a benefit. |

Technically. However you may have signed a contract involving quitting without notice in all those hiring papers you signed. Furthermore if you kept equipment or supplies or were paid for training but didn't fulfill you commitment they can posibbly keep your pay/deduct from it. |

Not if you owe the company expenses, etc................ |

Yes. You should receive your last check on the next regular payday. They don't get to keep it. |

Absolutley. Legally, even if you quit, they cannot keep money from you that you have already worked for. |

Yes, the employer is required by law to give you any wages accrued regardless of how it ends. |

Yes. If you have a hard time dealing with them, they would have to mail it if you insist. Each state has a Labor Board that they answer to when they have employees. If you have any trouble, just mention that you'll talk to your State's Board. That should get some action right away for you. No businesses want trouble with them! |

Of course. You are entitled to be paid for all the hours you have worked, plus any vacation pay and any other monies owed to you. |

Whether you get paid will depend on the company policy.
Review you company's policy on termination. Remember your salary includes vacation, and personal days.
Cheers and good luck! |
