If you want to put a range, then use $29,120 to $33,280 because that is the annual pay for the hourly rate quoted by them.
Don't put less than that because they will take the opportunity to pay you less, and it will take longer to get where you want to be.

We do this alot in my industry. Just ask for the amount you want + add 3-5 k and they will counter.
Don't give a range or you will get the min. I would ask what the salary range is for the position and bid just over mid |

Everyone has their own answer to this question...
Usually people who are don't have alot of work experience and just want a starting job just say "I'm flexible on pay."
List whatever you are comfortable with. If you are happy with what they listed, go with that. Don't list anything less than that though, you should be atleast making $16/hr I would assume. |
