It depends on the policy of each bank - there is usually a cut off time during a business day when the deposit is made available.
Generally with cash deposits, the funds should be available by the next business day.
You need to check again with your bank for details. |

Cash will show instantly in your account.
Always keep the paying in stub with the cashiers stamp to prove you have made payments.
It is not uncommon for your money to be credited to another persons account by accident - all it takes it the cashier to accidentally switch a few numbers round when entering your details. |

It depends how you did it.
A transfer can take anything up to 5 days.
Cash machine depends on when they collect. I've waited for as long as 48 hours (and paid charges).
If you paid it in over the counter it should be instant but will show next day at the latest. |

Immediately cash is good it should be available funds in YOUR account immediately and you should be receiving a receipt and checking to make sure it balances with what you deposited! |

Cash normally shows instantly as long as you make the deposit before the cut off time.
Make sure that you do not deposit cash in the ATM. If there are any discrepancies, it will be harder to prove you are right. |

Any cash transactions deposited to your bank account, via your own bankers, are available immediately. Do you have a paying in book for these cash transactions? In my experience all counter clerks sign and stamp the counterfoil, so you'll have proof that it was paid in, or did you use a deposit slip in the bank to pay in your money. If you pay in cash through the cash point machine, then it should be available the next working day. |

There is no way to say when cash, or particularly checks, will clear. Basically, checks can vary based on many factors. Cash, "generally" will clear within one business day, sometimes immediately. It will depend on how you made the deposit, and the policy of the bank. If the deposit was made via an ATM, that takes longer, as the ATMs may not run off the same system, and will need to be verified. Call the bank and ask for a list of fees and procedures. They will have disclosures which include basic guidelines. |
