SnailMail the Dollar (USD) to me, I would add a South African Rand (ZAR) to it, and mail it on to my friend in England to add a British Pound (GBP), who will send it to a close family member working in Mozambique, who can add Metical (MZM) and then send it back to me.
When I get your dollar, my Rand, their Pound and Metical - and we have done this a few times - I start a grocery retail business in the local informal settlement together with an destitute family. Lastly, I send you a guarenteed 25% return on every Dollar invested - within a year of running the business.
