Its not just money he gives her, its lifts whenever she wants etc... Shes just getting the CSA on to him out of spite as she knows he is not on alot of money and he gives her all that he can at the moment. she just doesnt want to see us together. |

Your boyfriend should stop giving money to the ex because there is no proof that he is giving it to her in the eyes of the services. he should only pay her money through the csa, unless he wants to keep providing for her that is. does he really know what shes spending that money on? im sure its not going on the kids |

They will take it out of his wages before it gets to any bank account so it'd be pointless putting it in yours.
EDIT- As she has a 3 year old with Downs I doubt very much if she does sit on her ar*e all day doing nothing. |

The monies are taken before his check is even given to him so it doesnt matter what account it goes to. And to the idiot that says she isnt spending it on the kids, how would you know what its spent on? I hear that all the time from my ex. His tiny contribution of $160.00 a month for two kids only covers a very tiny fraction of their expenses. You try to raise and house kids on a few hundred dollars a month. I know my bills far exceed $3000.00 a month. So think about it, what a few hundred dollars? |

The CSA will work out how much he has to pay and arrange for his wages department to take it off before it goes into your account - she cant demand anything else. |

The CSA will only take a percentage of earnings after tax, He should stop paying her and let them sort it out they will make sure that your boyfriend has enough to live on as he's on a low wage.

Tell your boyfriend not to give his ex anything, tell him to only pay what CSA orders and nothing more, they will be able to tell how much he earns and will only ask for a fair amount. He also needs to stop doing things for his ex, fair enough he should do things for his children but he needs to tell his ex no every once and a while. |

you need to tell your boyfriend to ring them and tell them hes paying her direct then she will get money deducted from her benefits if shes on them, otherwise he needs to stop paying her in hand, shes ripping you off babe, shes silly because if you told them exactly how much you have been giving her she can have loads deducted from her for not telling them, she ought to be careful before playing these games!!!

If she says one of the kids need something she cant afford, u and ur boyfriend go and buy it dont hand over the money, thats what i'd do anyway.

csa shouldnt deduct anything too drastic as he needs a basic living wage plus has his own bills too.
Or do what shes doing, quit and sponge off the goverment!! then he wont have to pay her nothing!! |
