If he wants me to share my money with him, he better have some great collateral or family jewels for collateral.
Seriously though, if this is because you got an email from Algeria or Russia or someplace far away claiming someone with your family name has died and has billions of dollars and all you have to do to claim it is send them all your personal information, social security #, bank information, mother's maiden name, etc. then DON"T DO IT!! This scam has been going around for years! You'll end up with less than nothing. They'll either empty your bank account, set up fake accounts in your name, send you a fake check which you'll cash & it will be returned as fraudulant...if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. |

Could you please rephrase the question? Does this mean that a person X asks a person Y to lend him some money, saying that 'you' (person Z) will guarantee the loan, but X doesnt ask your prior permission to mention Z as guarantor? |
