You can send cash through the mail but that's always a risky method and HIGHLY not recommended. Secondly you would still need a stamp.
Your best bet is to purchase a money order and send payment that way. That way if the money order goes missing or the seller does not honor the agreement you ahve some legal recourse.
A money order can be purchased at any bank and in many cases gas stations (at least where I live)! |

Yes you can. I have done it many times. Who is going to bother with a money order for a small amount. I have had no problems doing this. Of course you will have to accept the risk of the cash going missing in a legitimate mail loss OR and unscrupulous seller claiming he never got it. Cash leaves no record. |

It's NEVER safe to send cash in the mail...
You can easily acquire a cashiers check from your bank, or a money order from the Post Office or most grocery stores. |

It depends on the seller. For an item the seller will put their payment preference. So you need to look at that. Most prefer to use pay pal.
Yes if you send cash it is up to you to provide the stamp. To be honest I would send a money order that way you have a paper trail for your money. |

I would not risk more than a few $. It is not traceable or trackable.. A seller could deny that you paid. But it should be OK..Just for no more than you are prepared to lose. |

Ebay requires that you are at least 18 years of age to buy/sell, for various reasons - responsible buyers should know the risks of sending CASH, and YES, all mail requires a postage stamp, unless a response to a postage prepaid envelope solicitation. |
