Enough to be able to live comfortable for the rest of my life and to be able to ensure my family and close friends can do like wise.
I also have in mind a special charity to which I would like to donate a couple of million to a project in memory of my late parents
Bu when I buy the odd lottery ticket now and again , it seems that my numbers have been lost for that weeks draw !!! so its all a bit academic really. But good question.

enola gniyd
two billion dollars
the reason is because I would love to go through life knowing that I blew 1 billion dollars and then still had an income of $320,000.00 a week after taxes of spendable income from the interst on a billion dollars !!

Obviously it would be great to win millions on the lottery but I won't be too greedy......... I would like about £200000. Where I live I could buy a reasonable sized 2/3 bed house with garden outright for about £150000 (got no kids and no plans for any so that would suit me and hubby), then I would pay off my husbands loan (£3500) and my credit card (about £1500) which would leave me with £45000. I would carry on working (probably only part time though - as I won't have a mortgage to pay!) and I would use the rest of the money to travel (something I've never been able to afford to do!)

dennisgonzalezdgm
$2,000,000 I would use 1.5MM to buy federal guaranteed bonds @ 7% thats 105K tax free enough to work 2 days a week, 2 weeks per month and still enjoy the world.

Well people say money desnt help ! Come on its all lies .

Everything we do everyday right up to the Age of 40 is about Making money and living .

We have to Work over 50hour weeks non stop to keep us alive in the uk . Alot people like myself have crap jobs that only pay £6.00

To answer your questions .

As long as i had my own Home £ 250.000 And my own Car 35.000 I would be Happy so

So if i was to be given 500.000 I think my life would be better alot better since id have all the things i have ever wanted .

Instead i wake up everyday thinking about Money and all my bills and how crap everything is !

maybe about $10,000,000, but in a secret bank account in Switzerland, so it wouldn't change people's opinion of me/have people coming to me for $$$....

This would be so that I'd always have financial security, and be able to get things that people in my life really really want, but not so much money that I'd be overcome with money/tyrant-ness....

rachealuk
£350000.00
It would be enough to buy a house and decent car
I would still work as i love my job and would be bored otherwise, but with no mortgage to pay i could afford to take my kids away from time to time and have more security in life x

11 million.

So I could get out of here. Pay someone to take $472 to this lady who sued me under a lie and won! So much for the Justice system. And when taking that money I would have it all in pennies and make her sign for it showing it was delivered and then dump it on her head. lol

Then I would pay off 3 friends, my moms and sisters houses.
Buy a house for me and a new car.
Buy 10 new cars for people that need one in the minisonary field.
Get some counseling.
Travel
Send my son to a top notch private school and buy him a puppy.

Save a lot of the money and start my own business.

tringyokel
Money is useless in itself. Its only value is that it can be swapped for goods or services I need.

So I would like to have enough money for what I need.

Funnily enough, that is how much I have.
