The real question is why wouldn't you keep it?
besides its not like the police are gonna put up signs "Found: $10. We'll be finger-printing to see who it really belongs to"

$10,000? Or just $10? Either way, I would keep it... But if I saw the person who lost it, I would give it back.

You know that, no dount people will say yes, but theyre could be so many problems that comes along with it..

Is it stolen? if you end up using money that was stolen and you didnt know you could go to jail for crime.

Is it fake? if someone made this money you could also be prosecuted for using 10.000$ of fake money

and i think if you were to hand it back you never know you might get to keep it if no one claims it at a police office, or they might say no point on finding who this belongs to just keep it..

my take would be, i would give it to the police office and then see what happends.. id rather do that then possibly get in trouble.

SportTonight
Uhhhh...

OMFGWTFBBQ
LOL! 10 grand? Well, I would, BUT listen to this: What if the money belonged to a rich person and if you gave it back to him/her they would award you with a even LARGER sum of money! Think about that!

Or maybe they won't...
