I work for a charity and I am the fundraiser, amongst many other roles. I would give £500,000 to my charity and that, along with the interest, would keep it going for many years. It is becoming increasingly difficult to raise funds for valuable charitable endeavour. |

I would buy a nice, 4 bed semi somewhere near the people I love, buy and insure a nice new car, learn to drive it, have a holiday, get some tummy surgery as I have silly amounts of flabby skin from having 2 kids in 1 year, buy a few bits for my kids and my other half and then put about 100,000 into a current account to live on.
Then I'd give the rest to charity - I can live comfortably so I sure don't need it!! My partner would still work, and I would go back as soon as my kids were in school. |
