No, if you take a penny every day for a month that is 31 cents if you double it that will make it 62 cents so at the end of the month you will get a full 62 cents. Where's the million? |

I doubt that you know what you are asking.
If you get a penny every day and double it, you will have 2 pennies for each day in the month, 62 for the longest month.
If you start with 1 penny and each day double the amount you had at the start of that day, in 31 days you would have 2147483648 pennies. That is more than 20 million dollars.
Makes a big difference if you know how to ask questions correctly. |

Okay, being that the question is if you start with a penny, and each day double your amount, would you have a million dollars at the end of the month....the answer is yes, you would actually have more than a million dollars if you double your amount each day.
I think by the 20th day, or close to that, you would be over a million dollars. |
