I'm 15 so this'll seem kinda kid-ish
-Donate half of it to help starving, homelesschildren in Africa
-Every book in all my favorite manga series
-All the Fruits Basket DVD's
-A car for my mom
-A car for me for when I turn 16 (yay!)
-An 80-gig Video I-Pod for my best friend
-An in-home recording studio, complete with professional drumset and electric guitar for my other best friend.
-Go down to Virginia so I can finally meet my boyfriend <3
-Can you say "Hot Topic Shopping Spree"?
-Give some money to my school to pay for my classes (freshmen) junior prom and senior ball.
-Build on to the apartment that I live in so Me, my mom, and my sister can all have our own rooms and can fit all our stuff in it.
-Get a baby grand piano and some lessons.
-Put whatever is left into giftcards for Hot Topic, Kohls, Barnes and Noble, Wet Seal, Other stores in the mall, HammerGirl Anime, Walmart, Macy's, and I-Tunes.

Oh and I would keep all the receipts so after that day has gone I could go out and get my money back on a few things to put the money into my bank account securely and safely to live off the interest. |

But the oil answer from OG, I believe, is also a good one. It would be hard to purchase a house in one day, in my opinion, as said by another user. But I've never had to rush out and "spend" 1mil. Ciao.

I would pay off my student loans (about 75,000). I would by a new car. I would by a nice, but not too lavish, house. With the remaining money and time, I would shop for clothes and home furnishings. |

wow great question. I would first buy myself a house,just the way I wanted it. Second a new vehicle. Third food to galore.Fourth give some to the childrens hospital and the cancer clinic in my area, and the rest I would invest so I could retire. Nice dream...lol. |

I'm a modest person with no need for extravagance. But even I could spend $1M in a day. I would buy a modest house, just something simple for me and my kids. Clothes for my kids. A newer car. Help my sister and her husband get out of debt. Buy something nice for my parents, and my nephews. My sister-in-law is about to have a baby, so I would buy her all sorts of baby things.
Then if I had anything left over, I would take myself and my kids on a real vacation. I'm talking England, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Egypt (to see the pyramids). I would go back to Cancun, Mexico. I went there years ago and have been wanting to go back. I love history and I have been wanting to visit countries with thousands of years of world history. Of course I couldn't visit all those places in one day, but I could reserve and pay for trips to those places in one day. :) |

I would buy me a car. Buy a new home on two acres with a four car garage. Buy new furniture,cloths,linens,etc. for my new home. Then I would buy my little sister home, fully furnished,with a two car garage. Then I would buy my husband 4 acres ,have them build my husband his mechanic garage and auto parts fully furnish.Buy some stocks .And the rest to Red Cross they could really use it. |
