If I had a hundred thousand pounds in the bank, I guess I'd be wondering what the exchange rate is between that money and canadian dollars
then, i'd take 15 grand and pay off my student loan and another 80 grand a put it into resp's for my kids, and with the 5 grand left over, i might actually buy myself a bed and some clothes that aren't just to make do with.
i give to charity as part of my everyday life, particularly by giving time, and i would be giving more to charity by making sure my kids are selfsufficient than by giving the money to some organisation who'd spend most of it on administration |
