geta a large bag of rice (you can find 25lb for about $6) a ton of frozen mixed veggie bags, then if anything is left over maybe some cheep chicken to cut up.
throw the rice in a rice cooker, the veggies and chicken in the steamer on top. cook till its done.
I once used a formula like this to eat on about $20 for a month when I lost a job at a vary bad time. |

This would depend on my other assets and needs. If I had food and a place to live, then I could rule out those needs. If I had transportation to and from work, I would not have to worry about that.
All in all, it would depend on what I needed most! |
