I'd give half away to my needier friends, and to "real" charities. Those that do not spend 75% of their income on salaries for the "top brass", for example; very popular these days, i understand.
The rest i'd spend on researching a fine place to live, and on a pleasant, modest abode. Then i'd get back to doing the things i enjoy best, in a leisurely manner :)) |

Set up an annuity with half of it. 10% to my church. Then gift my family with some, make a big donation to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and divide the rest among several charities. Yeah, that felt good! ;-) |

Let's see, I would buy my self and close family and friends their own house and transportation, take the long dreamed vaca to Disney World, Put some aside for my sons education, and open a Family Shelter and Donate to animal and children charities. |

I would start a business that my whole family could be a part of possibly a pet world and I would buy a large house my family could enjoy and I would live there with my Mom ,Son and sisters plus neices and we would start a band like the Partridge family,Which they have already been working on for awhile.Thats it maybe go to Vancouver on a trip. |

spend it, and yes i would keep part for myself to spend,
enjoy, and invest. |

Take other half. Consider buying a house outright with it, and then any money left over, I would spend for the fun of it.
From then on, I would live off the interest of the previous million.
The fun will last more than a month that way. :P |

What a fab question!
I would give 10 percent to the less fortunate (and that would be everyone).
I would take a long vacation to think about how to invest it.
I would pay off all my debt, and maybe buy a new car like one of those that uses alternative fuel, and then I would volunteer at different places and do all the things I can't do because I have to work. I would like to learn a language, painting, drawing, and stuff that's good for the soul. I think I'd like to write.
