all of those, first the bills, then save some for family, give to charity and use the rest to relax- maybe a new sofa or prettier curatins, or travel, or something of the sort... i would def give some to my parents, though! |

The only debts I would pay are the ones with really high interest rates....and then I would probably borrow money.
I would buy at least 4 properties, with $100,000 deposits and borrow the rest so that the rent on the properties pay off the loan. Once the loans have been paid off I will be able to retire on the rental income. I would put $250,000 towards a house for myself and borrow the rest.
