Buy some pastas. They are cheap and filling. You can also buy a loaf of bread and make some sandwiches. Potatoes are also very filling and you can top them with all kinds of things like cheese or chili. |

Eggs, ramen noodles, fresh veggies, green onions, frozen dice carrots and green peas, and rice. With all those, you can make some noodle soups, with beaten eggs, veggies, and green onions. Or make some fried rice with eggs, green onions, and the frozen carrots and peas. Buy two dozens of eggs if you got money left, that is your protein source. |

Different combinations of the following:
Pound or 2 of hamburger meat because I used to keep at least 2-5 different types of hamburger helper in the house at all times.
Spaghetti noodles
Loaf of bread and either some hotdogs ,bologna or other sandwich meat. |
