Find inner peace. In my experience the more money I have, the less happy I am. I am always worrying about wise investments, the NYSE and the DAX indexes, and untrue friends that are with me for my money. I give a lot to charity and try to be helpfull to those in need, but I'm still not happy.

Buy a massive tract of land in New Orleans. I would clean it up, begin rebuilding, and use all local workers and as much local materials as possible. I would have those people who were going to live in the neighborhood decide how it would be organized, and have them help build it. There would be a school for children and adults alike, and many work training programs. The only way to keep a community together is to build it together. |
