If you were a 17 year old boy with $750 dollars, what would you buy?
I really want to buy something, but I'm not sure what. I invest most of my money and I think it is time to treat myself with something nice. I stuck between cheap quad, save a couple hundred more bucks for a plasma tv, or xbox 360 and other stuff. What do you think?

Debt Is Dumb
If you take $750 and invest it at 12% interest, which is possible if you don't get greedy, and add $100 a month to it, you will have 1,000,000 in that account when you are 56. The miracle of compound interest!

I bet that got your attention.

Good luck

STEVEN F
Well, if I was 17 and knew everything I know now, I wouldn't BUY anything. I would invest the money in a growth stock mutual fund. That $750 could be worth $170,000 by the time your reach age 65.

750 donuts.
No seriously though, if you're going to college next year I'd buy a game system since it's more portable. And save some of it that way.

I would spend it on app fees, transcript fees, and books for college.

put it in an investment account and leave it there till you are 65.... add as little as $25 a month and you will be well off at retirement time... maybe able to retire earlier......

Don't waste it on things that won't last. Spend a portion of it to create a special memory with your GF, parents or siblings. $750 will get you a 4 day cruise.
