I would work less as a rule. Although as one person said, it is not enough to live well off the interest, you can invest it safely and live without extravagance if you don't work (and don't live in NYC). I just believe that we need to work to validate ourselves, but I'd definitely not do more than 30 hours a week, and I'd take two months vacation, scattered, or at least one month at a time, then scattered. I'm assuming you mean that one person would be free to dispose of that whole amount without the responsibility of a family.

that isn't much money when you consider buying a house for $300,000, a few cars and college education for the kids, not to mention the ocean-side villa. Yes, I would still work!!!

i would still work but not at my current job id find somthing to do that i liked a little more or somthing that i could do when i wanted to (like a hot dog vender or somthing)

yes i will but not for any body but to raise another body. why because money is meant to be spent but wisely.every amount that is counted no mather how much , if nothing is added to it finishes withing a space of time. money is like a shy girl needs to managed,hiding so that you may enjoy the other side of her
