Invest 20,000 in a good mutual fund, 30,000 in 3 homes, and $100 in Rich Dad's video game. By the way, 30,000 can buy 3 homes on a mortgage basis and downpayment of 10,000 which is not unreasonable. These are the best vehicle for wealth. Check http://www.richdad.com and get the video game so you can understand what I'm saying more.
Marketocracy.com has the best returns of any other mutual fund. You may want to put more into it depending on the buffer you want to create. PLEASE avoid the cars and jewellery. Spend about 2,000 on yourself, but be smart with the rest. Small things are the biggest drain on pockets. Invest in the education and you'll be much better off.

You can do a lot with the rest of your money, but safety first, you don't want money easy come and easy go, If I am you, after I paid off the house, the rest money will keep in high yield investment that give me income, than I will use this income money to decide where I put it, either give away , invested or spended. |

My easy answer would be to put all my remaining money in my bank account and then play games for the rest of my life. And I would have a will which states that in the event of my death, all my net worth will be donated to charity.
My better answer would be to put it in a bank, and continue to work. Once I have enough money, I'll go to a third world country and help others. |

i would invest them all to some stocks according to ratings or sth and after some time from 100000 there would be 120000 or sth... then i would invest them to some bonds and forget about them. after 5 years, from my 120000 i would have 150000 and then i would be sure that my children will get good education. ;) good luck.
