talk to the school about payment plan explain what is going on also talk to your landlord to see if you can also make payments till you get caught up you also could see if you have extra things to sell eBay yard sale that is what i do when i am low on cash good luck to you |

If you are in school, you should go to your financial aid office and see about getting an emergency loan. You can usually get those within 1-3 days. |

- Loan from family and friends
- Craigslist, start selling a few things you don't need
- If you have a good track record at work, ask for overtime and or a loan |

I'd temporally drop out if you're life is that bad, and resume next semester. Ask your parents, family or friends to borrow money. See if you can find a private loan shark (at this point the interest rate doesn't matter right now). Try to relax and strategically figure this out with a financial planner. |

If you're a student, go for a student loan. But I gotta ask a question being a landlord in the past. If youi're on the verge of being evicted, you had to see this coming. Eviction is a 3-4 month process depending on where you live. Why did you wait so long to address this? Bottom line it sounds as though you can's afford the place. Should have moved out long ago. The landlord is doing you a favor. You just don't see it. Here's some advice about the importance of bills which surprises me that more people don't know: (in order of importance)
Taxes (they put you in jail for not paying this, ask Wesley Snipes, good thing is for people like me and you they take it out of our paychecks)
Rent (what were you paying before this?)
Food
Utilities
Health Insurance
Soap and stuff
Train ticket or bus pass.
Things not so important:
Cell Phone
Movies
Dining out
Clothes
Cable TV
Internet hookup
Get the picture? My deadbeat tenant was driving around in a Jaguar. How do you think that made me feel? He's living in my condo for free and driving a Jaguar. People's priorities are all messed up and when they're thrown out onto the street they then ask why? |

Seriously, you need to find a place to live that is not so expensive so you can afford the things in your life that are most important, like school. Don't worry about staying where you are, you obviously can't afford it. Instead, start packing and calling around to find the cheapest storage company you can. Pay to have your possessions stored for the time being and go to your local Salvation Army or YMCA or other organization that you can sleep nights at. You will be able to save the money you were wasting on an overpriced apartment and afford the security deposit on a new, very moderately priced place. If you won't stay at a shelter, you can also rent a VERY cheap room at a hotel. It will be hard, but you will survive if you realize nothing is beneath you when you want to reach your goals. |

You should definitely try getting a roommate in the future, especially since you have two jobs and you STILL can't manage to pay your TOO EXPENSIVE rent! I've been there before it is hard! I would rec commend talking to someone at a church. Some churches will actually help you in your situation. If not...you can always sell something that's worth any value. Hope things get better for you in the future! |
