Are you sure this isn't one of the internet '419 fraud' scams. If so they will try to have you send them money upfront to pay for fees. It's a ripoff if that is what they instruct you. They'll take your money and you'll never get anything in return.

It's probably a scam. Especially if you know you did not enter any freelotto games. If they did send you a cheque don't try to cash it. It's not real. Search online for information about the company.
