It depends who you ask and how much you make. This last determines how long will it take for you to pay back. The term "A Lot" it's subjective. $1,000 it's a lot to me right now since I haven't get paid and I won't see a dime until my sale's deal is over and get my comission. After I get pay, (Which is a considerable amount of money), that same amount will look less astonighing, not as much. Get what I mean? |

It's all relative. If a close friend who was in serious trouble came to me and asked for $1000, it wouldn't seem like a lot. If someone I didn't know that well asked for $1000 - it's an entirely different situation.
The financial situation of the person you're asking is a major factor as well - 5 years ago $1000 would have been a heck of a lot for someone to aske me for - whoever they were. Now, if it's important I could swing it. |
