If you mean will it bounce, government checks don't bounce. If you are asking for an opinion about the stimulus plan in general, it was designed primarily to stimulate Congress's re-election chances. Any effect on the economy is purely accidental. |

haha its money you dont have to pay back, id say thats good. Its meant for you to go buy things with, stimulate the economy, but most people who get one are looking forward to getting caught up on bills. |
