Yes I have a good one. TALK with your local lender professionals, not the Yahoo's on here. They are only going to solicit your business. If you do business with someone of a financial nature, be sure you can walk into their offices and discuss issues with them. |

yah call some banks and see if you get a loan. u don't know until you try. the only thing is DO NOT have a whole bunch of banks run your credit reports....it'll bring you score down everytime you run a report. just show them an updated copy of both your reports. |

If you have good credit and both have been on the job 2 years (same line of work) you should be able to get a loan. There are alot of first time home buyer programs that you may qualify for, you want a full doc loan because you'll get a better interest rate. Try Fifth Third Bank for first time homebuyers and check with your local community development and state and county agencies which will help with downpayment assistance. It would help to know what state you are in. I'm in Ohio and there's lots of programs here, but most people don't take advantage of them or they just don't know about them. |

I would go to your bank and talk to a loan officer explain your situation-the loan departments at all banks are there to give you ideas they can do a credit check on you right there and give you an idea of how much of a loan that they can give you. They are there to help you and the way you are talking it soulds like you should not have a problem but its your bank delvelope a good relationship with them and they will support you in all that you do. |

If you were under 18 it would be impossible but now-a-days with a co-signer that may even work (at some places).
Anyway as long as you have a good payment history and a job for at least a year you should be okay.

No, it's not. I got a home loan at age 18. What prevents you from getting a loan is a lack of credit history. If you have one, and it's good, you should be fine. If one bank doesn't work out, try another. You gotta shop around. |

First, you have to be married to him or at least having a combine salaray with him that's almost equal in value. Both full time jobs because of your age. There are so many factors there that could cause separation. Although you sound like you are very responsible person in your tender age. The lender would like to see stability on all phases of your personality and your boyfriend. Depending of what your boyfriend's job which you did not mention, you also didn't mention what the loan is for. Is it for college education or for a real estate? There are so many facts to consider on answering your question. |
