hunni, when i worked at money mart we took anything and everything...trust me crayon on the back of a chq would have been the least of my worries...i will ahve to tell you the story about the money order and where the chick pulled it out of...the sad thing was the idiot i was working with had to cash it as well as touch it, needless to say she had a new nickname (sticky stinky fingers) lol |

I would think that it should work. It would be fun just to try it to see if it does. |

as long as it is your signature it should be fine. |

Yes it is.
The only problem is that they will cash it to you with Monopoly money... |

No, all endorsements have to be permanent. Pencil is also not allowed. |

My husbands boss used to make them out in crayon,so I don't know why you could'nt sign it in crayon. As long as it's your signature, what are they going to say?Good luck |

Um, I doubt it. Your signature is suppossed to be permanent, crayon will fade or wipe away. The bank has plenty of pens you can use. |

i think as long as you don't use red it will be okay. i heard that red messes them up somehow, and it does say use black or blue. |

Funny
Only use crayon if you are sending a check to the tax man, but never sign one with a crayon. |

no its not ok .. the best thing you can do is ask them at the drive up for a pin they would be more than glad to give you one to use instead of using a crayon |

Technically, you can. however, it might be hard to verify your signature.
Generally, any draft instrument like a check can be written in any form that is readable and contains the requisite information.
Hell's you can write a check on construction paper with crayons as long as it has the proper information. As a practical matter a bank might not take it, but technically, it is legal and in good order. |

You can't HANDLE the TRUTH!

I'm guessing the bank has a pen or two laying around that they'd loan you. |
