you become rich making that others work by you, that they sell insurances on a commission basis for example. In order to begin I found interesting information about your answer here. http://all-work-at-home.blogspot.com/2007/08/work-at-home.html

Save $25,796 per year at 7% interest. At the end of 20 years you will have $1,000,000.

Only a million? That is not very much...... shoot my townhouse is worth 3/4 of that. You need to go for a bit higher.

Education, education and education. No money for school? Join the military or something first. But whatever job you have the key as another said is to not buy stupid stuff.

Now this does not mean living like a monk because you have to reward yourself for your hard work. But money makes money and the more you pack away the more you make. Say you are 25 and want this super cool car. Get a cheaper one and put the money in the bank. 15 years later no one will remember how cool you looked. But you may have an extra $50,000 in the bank.

Everytime you think to buy something ask yourself if you really need it. Like the people who bought the new iPhones and the price dropped $200 in a few weeks. Go out but stay home sometimes. Cook for yourself sometimes.

Later it is much cooler to wake up and be able to afford pretty much everything you want.

Your question is simple to do on an amortization table. (Used for loans)
Simply if you save $4167.23 a month for 20 years at 7%, you will in the end have $1,000,000.
You will have saved $537,500 and earned 462,500 in interest.

If you start with $0 and invest $16,880 per year into something that returns 10% p/ year you'll have $1,063,482.19 in twenty years.

10% is the historical average return of the stock market. Use an index fund, for example.

You can use the Microsoft (MSN) savings calculator to run some numbers and see what effect they have.

http://moneycentral.msn.com/Investor/calcs/n_savapp/main.asp?&vendor=Paid%2BInclusion&pkw=PI

If you start a Roth IRA and put in the maximum amount ($4000 in 2007, then eventually moving up to $5000), it will take about 30 years to hit one million. Be aware though that inflation will erode the buying power of one million in 30 years quite a bit (inflation averages in the 4% range longterm).

So if you were to save and make deposits in a Roth IRA and your job offered a 401K plan to save in as well, you could cut down the time to save one million significantly. Of course this would require a well paying job and good behavior on your part to be disciplined enough to save that kind of money.

Yes, you only need to put $150 per DAY into a savings account and that should add up to $1M in 20 years or less.

Get a JOB or marry a rich woman. Seriously, don't spend money on junk like iphones and flashy clothes. Put your money in the bank & leave it there.

Start with a penny one day. Double it the next day. Double that the next day and so on for one month. You'll have over a million dollars by the end of the month.
