some websites offer a cheque paying facility for goods.
If it is a case that you cant get credit then you can get a loaded mastercard. It is basically a pay as you go card which you top up and spend on line, in shops or cash withdrawals from atms. They do charge a fee to obtain one of £9.95
Check out this website that will tell you more

With ebay you can pay with a cheque or bankers draft. |

Like SARAH H said, you can buy prepaid cards with major credit card labels. I've seen these available at groceries and other places, especially during the holidays. You pay about $10 first, and then load it with the amount you like and you can continue to load it until it expires, about a year or so. Very convenient if you don't have a credit or check card or just don't want to use your credit card online. |

You can get prepaid credit cards where you add cash to the card in advance. Alternatively use a debit card linked to a current account

Assuming you have a bank account you could try “PayPal” although there are few retailers who accept this, excellent if you use Ebay. |

Yes, many retail websites will take personal or cashier's checks along with money orders that you mail to a specified address. Many will also let you do electronic bank transfers or wire transfers, too.
You can also use PayPal (eBay is the obvious merchant but a number of other websites accept it) or Google Checkout (many smaller merchants and also buy.com), I think they're giving a $10 credit if you create an account with them. |

There are some websites that allow you to shop online, without using a credit card. A couple examples are ltdcommodities.com (they send a bill with the things you order, and you can order from them and not have to pay up front as long as you are ordering under $100 worth of stuff) or www.figis.com (I order from them every Christmas. You don't have to pay until Jan or Feb, and they split your payments up into 3 months, upon credit approval.) But again, I think you have to keep it under $100. |

Try Paypal.. more stores are accepting it. Particularly on eBay. |

Some shops allow you to pay by international money order or postal remittance. Takes longer though.
Pay Pal is no longer trustworthy; too many imposters after inital transaction. |

Now there's a great new way to buy online. With 3V Vouchers if you don't have a credit card or don't want to use one, you can still shop online, over the telephone and via mail order wherever you see the VISA logo.
Everyone can use 3V Vouchers, as long as they are 16 years old or over, have an email address and the use of a mobile phone. You don't need a bank account or bank references and there are no lengthy application forms, no credit checks and no interest charges, just a small fee of £3.50 for every voucher purchased. What's more, they're as easy to buy as a mobile top up, from any participating retailer.
