Almost any response to this is going to be a scam of some sorts. The best thing you can do is cut expenses everywhere you can, get rid of things you don't need that cost you money, and find a way to produce more income. Good luck. |

You should not be posting your answer here, for it is full of scammers trying to take advantage of desperate people like yourself. I know I was one of them especially that Cobbs Lender I got scammed from him for $400 dollars and he still wanted me to send more money he is from Nigeria. This was after I had already gotten scammed from another company in Canada for $12,000. Remember to get a loan you do not need to send money.
Try talking with your spouse to see if you can come up with a mutual agreement with her first. Or a bank to see if you can get a loan out with them, but keep in mind if you are not careful you will dig yourself into a deeper hole. Why don't you all just separate for now and when you can financially afford it then file for divorce, because if you think about it you are paying for a piece of paper that says you are no longer married. |

It looks like you have had a tough time of it lately.
I'm sure your situation feels completely overwhelming right now and you are not sure where to turn.
I am a financial counselor and I would recommend that you don't try to borrow any more money. You can't get out of debt by taking out another debt. It just doesn't work. Lenders will not tell you that it doesn't work because they know they will make money off of your hardship in interest and fees.

I went through a divorce and 40,000 dollars later my credit is less than perfect. It was a struggle to be a single parent and work several jobs to make ends meat. The attorney fees have continued through the course of four years and now have to go back to court in Oct. It will cost me about 4K to go to court. If you don't have children and have to deal with custodial issues you won't have the financial problems I've faced. My advise, get the best attorney you can afford, even if you have to work out payment arrangements. Attorneys, if they are any good, run @380.00 an hour. If you get a cheap attorney, you will pay for it for years...... Most people do not understand the stress and financial burden a divorce can bring. Good luck. |
