This is scam. People from some African countries do this (typically Nigeria) - send out hundreds of 1000s of emails like this asking for personal info. Even if ONE person gives their bank information, guess what, their effort has paid off - they will use the account info to illegally transfer the $$$ and move on to their next game.
Visit www.fakechecks.org for more info.
Never give our yr personal info (esp SSN, bank info etc) over the internet to unknown people. |

it is a con, several scams like this are going on all the time, either on the net or they contact you through the mail. They want you to send money for expenses or whatever. Do not reply. |

This is one of the biggest cons on the web so stay as far away from it as you can also if you look at the bottom of your web page you will see a area witch says contact us and report this con to micro soft they will remove it. |

It is a scam. The sucker sends money and never sees a dime or cashes an advance check and writes a real check to cover a processing fee and is out the amount of the real check. The sucker finds it strange that they cannot remember entering a lottery in a foreign country, but is too stupid to let that fact get in the way of giving away his or her money. |

This is a scam as well as the other kind of email you get stating someone in Africa has millions and he wants to get it out and he'll give you a small percentage to help him. All these scams are done by organized crime in africa. You have guy sitting in a computer lab doing full day shift just writing all these emails and sending them to you as male or female. Many americans have been swindled out of their whole savings by these guys.
hmmm...why only americans have been fooled?... |
