Yeah it is pretty good because they have a limit on the card. It is like a debit card once they used that cash that card can't be used again until it is reloaded with more money. It is also good because if the kid looses it is better to get the money back than with cash. So you reload a set amount on the card and then it can be used like a credit/debit card.
