My wage is not enough no, nor is my partners, we are mortgaged up to the hilt for the third time, our car is financed, our food is bought on credit cards. We work every hour that we can and do extra, not for overtime just for brownie points, and our wages do not go up. The stupid thing is our income is over three times the average wage for two professionals working in the capital. We are not even extravagant just normal as we do not have holidays abroad etc. |

I get enough salary to pay my mortgage, household bills and to run a car but I have very little left over and that rather p****es mo off to be perfectly frank. N.B I work very hard for my money. |

I live in America and trust me..there is no american dream living here!! I don't have no money left to save ever..bills bills bills..food, water in some cases..expenses for my daughter and other necessities. I am just letting people out there know that America is not this great country, to get over it because it's not! (I know you're not talking about america and that you don't live in america..i'm just saying, lol) |

I earn enough to live, rent, bills, food, and small savings.
I could stretch to private pension and contents, but that would really eat away into my day to day spending money, which aint an awful lot.
There are lots who dont get enough to live on. But again there are plenty of jobs out there where you could get into to earn more money, that is if it is a major priority.
The other thing to remember its important to cut the cloth accordingly, and money isnt everything. |

Anyone that feels they "don't get enough" is simply living beyond their means. This is especially true of people living and working in Britain, where people are free to earn or spend as little or as much as they wish. Education is FREE, for goodness sake!
