I sold an item on ebay 8 days ago. The buyer has a rating of (0) and is a new member. Im assuming he registered just to buy my item, and maybe he didn't mean to bid. I have not received payments an he will not respond to my invoices. Is it too early to send a second chance offer? |

I would report an unpaid item to eBay. That way, eBay will send them a notice and they'll be more likely to pay. If they still don't pay after a week of that, then you can file unpaid item with eBay and they'll refund your final value fee and you can second chance offer. |

Well ebay wants you to wait 10 days until you offer it to another buyer. But you dont have to its up to you. Since sellers cant leave negs anymore, you gotta be careful how you do it. Just keep contacting the person via email and let them know that you will be selling it to someone else if payment is not recieved my the 10th day. Then if you want you can file an unpaid item dispute and ebay will put a strike on the buyer. But like i said me careflu, especially since the person has no feedback and can easily ruin your reputation will no repercussions to them. If you were you i would just communicate what your gona do and leave it at that. Good luck. |

nope! if he is not responding report him and relist before your second chance off expires. ebay will refund the relist fee as long as you report the other bidder |

He may not know how ebay works, or he may not have understood the bidding process. I have had people too scared to use paypal.

Report him to E-bay (they have a good system of support) and if he still doesn't pay, re-list the item and give him negative feedback.
