Call the number on the back of your bank statement under Lost or Stolen Cards.They also deal with damaged cards or any cards that need replacing.It will take about 3to4 working days to get a replacement.Other than that go to the bank with ID and they will sort you out. |

There should be a contact number on your bank statement ring them and tell them the problem. They should ask for a few security details and then tell you that they will send another card through the post for you and that the cards password will either come before or after you recieve the card. |

Hi, you could either go into your nearest branch tomorrow and they will order you a new one. Or ring them on this number 08456 007 010 (lost or stolen cards) and you will be directed to the right person. Lines are open 24hrs a day and they will send you a new one out.

go to your bank and tell them what happen , you may want to take your old card with you to show them it and they will order a new one for you .it will take about 10 day for you to get it in the mail. good luck . |

The best option for you is to pop into your branch and speak to the customer services desk or a cashier, ask them to send a replacement card for you. This will take up to five days to get to you. Until then you may have to go in branch to draw out cash. Also try ringing HSBC customer services and advising them of your cards fault. They also will have to ability to order you a new one. Ring up HSBC, tell them that your card is snapped/broken and they will ask certain details to prove your identity.
Within a few days your new card should arrive. It is important for you to explain how urgently you need your card. Because mine took a while to arrive. (Debit card that is)
