I too would like a loan as it has taken me a few years and some bad credit to realize how important good credit is. I tried prosper as the first answer you received recommended. You must have a credit score higher than 540. I do hope there is something out there to help those of us who have learned a lesson the hard way.

Just be very careful about advance loan scams. It is not legal for any lender, private or otherwise, to ask for money upfront before you receive your loan proceeds. Get a verifiable business name, address, phone number and if doing business in the United States, an appropriate business license.
