Sweetie, put that money in a financial consultants hands and let them invest it for you, I assume you have a lawyer? They should work together. If you have total control of this money and it isn't in a trust fund-you only get so much per year-please don't blow it. 10 M is a good chunk of change but if you are young you might need every penny of it to raise a family for example. Get help before you let some bad person into your life. OK? |

They empty out your bank account after you give them your account numbers ,then they disappear . or they give you a check that is too large and ask you to put it in your bank and send them the remaining amount ,after you do you find out their check is fraudulant |

They are all scams. They are going to try to get your bank account info and your identity, and steal it, and get you to send them thousands of dollars for 'legal fees' and 'bribes' and 'transfer fees' and this and that.
Don't even respond, just report the email to the abuse department of your email provider. |

These scams are out of control. My sister was contacted regarding an uncle we don't have leaving her millions in silver! She was tempted by the scam til I heard about it and had to convince her it was fake! They are very deceiving. We'd like to believe that we really do have long lost family or are helping someone. If your parents left you 10 mil would you be on the Internet looking for someone to help spend the money?? Not me! : )
More than likely they will ask you to forward a small amount of money to them. Once you have sent the money they have your bank and routing number. They can withdraw funds from your account. BEWARE! |

I saw a story like this on Datleine NBC. They say that the people act liek they really want to meet you, or that this is real.
In the end it is a big scam trying to get your money. |

This scam usually involves transferring a huge amount of money into your account for some reason. In order to do this supposed transaction, you have to provide your personal information and your bank account number. Once they have that information, what do you think happens to the money in your account? What do you think happens to your identity?
